Fix Common IPTV Problems

Most IPTV problems — a login error, a frozen picture, an empty TV guide — take a few minutes to fix yourself. Choose what you see below for a step-by-step fix, or message our support team on WhatsApp 24/7.

Choose Your Problem

The 60-Second Checklist

Try these first — they solve more problems than anything else:

  1. Restart everything. Close the IPTV app, unplug the TV or stick for 30 seconds, and restart the router if other apps are slow too.
  2. Re-enter your login. Copy the username, password and server URL from your activation message — typing them causes most login errors.
  3. Turn off your VPN. Many IPTV servers block VPN addresses.
  4. Update the app. Old versions crash and fail to load the guide.
  5. Check your speed. 15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps or more for 4K, tested on the TV itself.

The picture keeps stopping

Buffering and freezing come from the network, the device or the server — the buffering guide shows how to tell which in five minutes.

Nothing plays, or the app crashes

No channels, a black screen, one channel down or "account expired" — find your symptom in IPTV not working.

The TV guide is empty or wrong
